IT Assistant / IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

The IT Assistant at Waagner-Biro Stage Systems Luxembourg is responsible for comprehensive user support and the maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure.

Core tasks include the installation and maintenance of Windows laptops and peripherals, Microsoft 365 user and permission management, as well as support for Linux and Windows servers, networks, firewalls, and VPNs.

In addition, the role covers hardware setup and replacement, backup and update management, documentation and IT inventory maintenance, and active participation in internal IT and AI projects.
